I believe there is an inner knowing and guidance system that holds your essence.

Rooted was born from my deep passion and desire to connect myself and others with that knowing. Decades of personal exploration and study in multiple modalities has brought me to the understanding that the human experience must be rooted on a foundation of authenticity. To cultivate a rich, unshakeable relationship with self.
I created Rooted because I believe that when you are deeply rooted in yourself, you begin to move through the world from a place of sovereignty-powerful, regal, majestic, steady, clear and self trusting in a way that changes everything.
When you feel safe enough to listen inward, honest enough to honour what you find, and grounded enough to trust yourself, your choices begin to change. Your sense of possibility expands. And the life you create starts to feel like it actually belongs to you.
This work is about more than reaching a goal or becoming a better version of yourself.
