Over 10 sessions we create a safe and supportive space to listen beneath the noise of expectations and conditioning, reconnect with your own truth, and understand what may be standing between where you are and where you desire to be. This experience invites you to explore: WHAT DO YOU DESIRE? Move beyond what you think you should want and begin listening to what is genuinely calling you. WHAT IS TRUE FOR YOU? Uncover the beliefs, stories and patterns that may have shaped your choices, and reconnect with the deeper truth within you. WHAT IS KEEPING YOU FROM IT? Bring awareness to the fears, resistance, habits and protective patterns that may be keeping you from moving forward. CAN YOU FEEL SAFE ENOUGH TO RECEIVE IT? Build self-trust and a deeper sense of safety within yourself so that growth, change and possibility don't have to feel like a fight. WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE WHEN YOU LIVE FROM YOUR TRUTH? Cancellation Policy
A few things to know before we begin Rooted Sessions are designed as a dedicated space for meaningful exploration and transformation. Your willingness to show up, participate openly, and engage with the process is an important part of the experience. Scheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance and are typically 60 minutes in length. We will work together to establish a rhythm that supports your journey. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used and will not be refunded. If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out and we can discuss the situation together. Your 10 Sessions The package includes 10 individual coaching sessions. Sessions are intended to be used within 4 months of our first session so that we can maintain momentum and continuity. If circumstances arise that require an extension, please connect with me and we can discuss what feels appropriate. The full investment is $792, with payment-plan options available where offered. The package is non-refundable once the first session has taken place. Investment & Refunds The full investment for the 10-session package is $792. Payment is due prior to beginning the first session. Because this experience is reserved specifically for you and represents a commitment of time and energy on both sides, the package is non-refundable once the first session has taken place. A Shared Commitment Rooted coaching is a collaborative process. I will bring presence, curiosity, compassion and a genuine belief in your capacity to create change. You bring your willingness to explore, be honest with yourself and take aligned action. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. You simply have to be willing to meet yourself where you are and discover what becomes possible from there.
